Challenger Registration Form
Download our registration form the Challenger Division for our 2013 season.

Medical Release
Download our Medical Release Form. This form is carried around by your child's coach throughout the season and is used in case of an emergency when you are not present at the field. By having this form completed and signed by you, it gives the paramedics to treat your child if they are injured during a New Britain Little League sanctioned event.

Parent Code of Conduct
Download our Parent Code of Conduct. These are guidelines that you and your guests need to follow when attending games, practices, and all other New Britain Little League sanctioned events. This form must be filled out in order for your child to particpate in our 2013 season.

Player Registration Form
Download our registration form for spring training and our spring season. You may bring it in person to our next registration or mail it with payment to PO Box 755, New Britain, CT, 06050.

Volunteer Application
If you are volunteering your time in New Britain Little League, you must fill out a volunteer application. This gives us consent to run a background check to see if there are any crimes committed against a minor. All of our volutneers are screened and if any potential volunteer has a crime against a child, they are automatically disqualified from volunteering in our league.

What Parents Should Know About Little League Insurance
When your child registers with New Britain Little League, they are covered by insurance provided by Little League International. This is an informational guide to give you an idea of what is covered, how it is covered, and the process takes place when an incident occurs.
